Looking for something more than your current exercise regimen? Do you want to workout, but need help? This bootcamp style class is the class for you! Fitness boot camps are great for exercisers of all levels, especially those looking to get in tip-top shape, break past a fitness plateau, or drop a few excess pounds.
This hour long class will begin with a group warm up to get moving. Then, we will move to circuit style interval training with instruction on all moves and variations available for all fitness levels. We will close the class with a group stretch to help improve basic flexibility and mobility.
Participants should wear any type of fitness clothing with sneakers. Please make sure to bring a full water bottle.
