Runners will learn various running workouts in addition to practicing track events. Runners will practice with members of the LHS XC/Track Team and run on the XC course. Youth athletes will practice yoga and engage in basic stretching and core workouts. Instructor is LHS Varsity XC/Track and Distance Coach Christine Kervian. Runners of all abilities are encouraged to register. Simple requirements is a desire to learn about running. Please pack a nut free snack, water bottle, running shies and sunblock daily. Program will meet inside if it is raining.
