Activities


Tai Chi is less strenuous than other martial arts, with an emphasis on deep breathing, slow movements, and chi (energy) development. The class involves traditional warm-ups and stretching, breathing exercises, stances and 3-part form. Wear comfortable clothing, a flat sole indoor sneaker, dance shoe or bare feet. Your instructor is James P. Shea 7th Dan SKIF. He is a licensed Karate do and Tai Chi instructor and has been teaching for over 40 years.
