    Join LHS Varsity Coach Brad Miller as he provides his expertise on fitness, skill development and making the game of soccer "fun" through age appropriate activities geared toward introducing young children to basic soccer concepts.

    The girls youth hockey program is an instructional program designed to develop the skilled necessary to play competitive field hockey.

    Balance beam, parallel bars, rings uneven bars and vault combine with soccer, croquet, t-ball, bowling, badminton and more!

  5. Indoor Soccer Ages 6 - 10

    Age appropriate activities for those as young as 6 and as old as 10 will be featured in this program geared toward introducing the basic soccer concepts as well as focusing on skill development and game strategy.

  6. Karate - Shotokan Style

    Shotokan Karate-Do (SKIF System) is a traditional Japanese martial art. The study of karate is an inner search for growth and self-discipline, which encompasses many ideals.

  7. Middle School Cross Country

    Already running? Just a beginner? No matter - this program will provide you with exactly what you need.

  8. Winter Cheerleading, Grades 2-8

    Cheerleaders will learn proper stunting, gymnastics and dance techniques in this program designed to give the needed practice to build up to competition level cheerleading.

  9. Youth Track Program, Ages 7-14

    Participants will be exposed to all the different track and field events and learn about warming up, event skills, distance running, sportsmanship, and more.

  10. Spring Tennis Lessons, Ages 6 - 10

    Peter Bradshaw teaches this spring session on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the afternoon at Blinn Tennis Courts.
