Welcome to Longmeadow’s information resource guide for

veterans and their families in our community.

The Veterans Office has been set up at the Longmeadow Adult Center, located in the Greenwood Park Center. Services are offered during operation hours of the Adult Center, Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm. The Center is closed on, Saturdays, Sundays and the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Birthday, Presidents’ Day, Patriot’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following day, Christmas Day.

Longmeadow Hires Veterans Services Officer:  Longmeadow Town Manager Robin Crosbie has appointed Jason Dieni at the town’s first full time Veterans Services Officer. Dieni, a combat veteran, has worked at both the Springfield Veterans Service Department and the Springfield Veterans Outreach Center during the past two years. The Veterans Services office is open from 9am to 3 pm Monday through Friday. Mr. Lawrence can be reached at 565-4150 or via email at alawrence@longmeadow.org.
