Consists of five members appointed by the Select Board. Appointments are for staggered three year terms. The Committee is charged with the authority to provide advice and assistance to the Select Board in monitoring negotiations and compliance with the cable television license agreement and aspects of cable television service. The authority and approval for action is vested in the Select Board as set forth in M.G.L. Chapter 166A, and other applicable regulations.
