Short Term Disability Program
Is customized to fit your income needs, paying directly to you in addition to sick time or vacation time. You can elect on and off the job coverage. Benefits are now available for up to 2 years. You may elect to receive benefits from the first day after an accident. There is also a Maternity Benefit that pays up to 5 weeks income for a normal delivery and 7 weeks for a C-Section.

Colonial’s Accident Insurance
It helps the active individual or family with co-payments and deductibles. It pays you above and beyond your health insurance for things like surgical care, hospital admissions, and follow-up care. It also includes a $25,000 benefit for accidental death and a $100,000 benefit for catastrophic accident – helping offset the lack of Social Security Insurance for many government employees. Costs as little as $4.15 per week!
Colonial’s Cancer Protection 1000
It is designed to help you get through the enormous costs of this disease by paying cash directly to you for your cancer related medical expenses. It pays $3000.00 upon diagnosis, as well as specific dollar amounts for treatments and related expenses regardless of your medical deductibles and copays. It also pays each family member on the plan $100.00 per year for a wellness cancer screening. Here are a few examples of the amounts we will pay you directly.
- Chemotherapy $300.00 per day Nausea benefit of $80.00 per day
- Radiation treatments $300.00 per day Travel benefit of up to $1,500.00
- Experimental treatments $300.00 per day Hospital confinement $300.00 per day
- Surgery benefit of up to $1,500.00 Stem Cell treatment of $5,000.00
