Special Town Election

The deadline to take out nomination papers for the Special Town Election to be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 is 5:00 pm on Friday, February 24, 2012.  The Town Clerk’s Office will be open until 5:00 pm.

Voter Registration, February 15, 2012

The last day to register to vote or change party affiliation for the March 6, 2012, Presidential Primary Election will be Wednesday, February 15, 2012.  The Registrar of Voters will hold a voter registration session at 20 Williams Street from 9:00 am – 8:oo pm.

Special Town Election

The Select Board voted at a meeting on January 31, 2012 to hold a Special Town Election on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 to fill the vacancy on the Select Board.  Deadlines are available on the Town Clerks Page.

Absentee Ballot Application

Absentee ballot applications are available at the Town Clerk’s Office for the 2012 election cycle.

Credit Card payments now accepted at the Town Clerks Office

The Longmeadow Town Clerk is pleased to announce that the office is now able to accept credit cards to pay for dog licenses, recycling stickers and copies of birth, marriage and death certificates at the office located at 20 Williams Street. 

Annual Town Election

Nomination papers are available for the Annual Town Election which will be held on June 12, 2012.  Deadlines and available positions are on the Town Clerks Page by clicking here.  Questions should be directed to the Town Clerk 413-565-4103.

Presidential Nomination Paper Deadline

December 23, 2011:  Nomination papers can be dropped off until the 5:00 pm deadline today at the Dispatcher window at the Longmeadow Police Station, 34 Williams Street.  The Town Clerk office will be closing at noon.

2012 Recycling Stickers

The Town Clerks office, 20 Williams Street, will begin issuing 2012 recycling stickers on Monday, December 19, 2011.  Stickers are available to Longmeadow residents only and a vehicle registration must be shown in order to obtain a sticker.  Mail-in applications are available by clicking here.
