ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT
The LHS athletic department is headed by Athletic Director Alex Rotsko. LHS sponsors over 30 interscholastic teams in sports for both boys and girls. In addition to these interscholastic athletics, LHS sponsors several intramural sports. The Longmeadow High School team is the current Western Massachusetts Division I Champion for the following sports:

FALL SPORTS: Volleyball - Football (Div 1 Superbowl)
WINTER SPORTS: Boys' Hockey
SPRING SPORTS: Boys' Tennis - Girls' Lacrosse
