Town Sponsored Youth Sports Programs

As part of our Park and Recreation Department, the town of Longmeadow sponsors a wide variety of youth sports programs. Our ongoing programs in basketball, football, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, volleyball, and softball are offered to male and female residents, with some of the above programs depending upon volunteer organizations for success. Our goal for all of our youth programs is participation in the activity. Thus parents have the opportunity to choose whether their children play at a competitive level or simply play for fun and exercise while learning sportsmanship and the fundamentals of the sport they choose. Additional detailed program descriptions can be found on the Longmeaodw Parks and Recreation website.
