Location: Olde Town Hall through May 1; Greenwood Center Community Room beginning May 3rd.
  • Tuesdays,7:30 - 8:50PM
  • Thursdays, 6:30 - 7:50PM
  • Session #1: January 4 - February 26
  • Session #2: March 1 - April 30
  • Session #3: May 3 - June 30 (no class 5/7)

Shotokan Karate-Do (SKIF System) is a traditional Japanese martial art that includes kihon (basics), kata (forms) and kumite (sparring). The study of karate is an inner search for growth and self-discipline, which encompasses many ideals.

All instruction and certification is authentic and directly affiliated with SKIF Japan, one of the largest and finest karate organizations in the world.

*A white karate uniform is required for the class and may be ordered through the instructor.

Instructor is Sensei James Shea 7th Dan SKIF (more than 47 years' experience).
