Activities

This clinic run by LHS Coach Ann Simons is a great introduction to Field Hockey. Girls will learn basic rules, proper warm-ups, tag games and basic skills. Girls will get to work with LHS Field Hockey team members as well.  

What to Bring

• Field hockey stick
• Mouth guard
• Shin guards
• Peanut-free snack
• Water bottle 
• Sunscreen
