Whether it's physical activity, eating healthier, watching less television... there are many changes we can make to improve our health and quality of life. As a mental health therapist, I have been helping people for the past 15 years make changes. Join me in this dynamic workshop to discuss changes that are thinking about making, but you have haven't yet implemented or you have difficulty sustaining. Through conversations, live demonstrations and interactive exercises with peers, you will fell energized and more committed to your well-being.
