Breathe Easy - Mindful Breathing Program is a unique blend of the principals of Tai Chi and the methods of breathing meditation. Lenny initially started the program for people with breathing ailments but soon realized anyone can benefit. It all starts with the awareness of the body and the breath. Classes consist of serious study and downright fun. Methods of organizing and relaxing of the body and breath along with diaphragmatic breathing are at the core of the program.
