Canning used to be days in hot kitchens and endless chopping. Not any more! Small-batch canning is easy and simple canning that is quick and produces about 8-10 jars—perfect as winter reminders of your summer bounty from the garden.
In this class Julia will teach the easy method for small batch canning plus provide you with many recipes you can try on your own. She will also provide recipes on how to use your wonderful canning efforts. For instance, how to take the canning of cherries and red wine and then make spatch cocked chicken with a red cherry and wine gravy. Yum!
